About Rechelle

Rechelle Hawkes is one of only a handful of Australian women to win Olympic Gold medals at three separate Games. Captain of the Australian female Hockey Team, the Hockeyroos, for eight years, Rechelle competed in four Olympic Games, winning three Olympic Gold medals and a fifth place in Barcelona.

During her Captaincy tenure of 1993-2000 the Hockeyroos were arguably one of the best sporting teams in the world. Understanding and exploring what made that team such a success is what has lead Rechelle to support other high-performing teams within organisations around Australia.

This includes working in consultancy roles, conducting workshops on team work and leadership.
