Martin has worked as a facilitator and consultant for the past 25 years and has developed a passion for making a difference through leadership and learning. Martin’s flexible and personable approach makes him a popular and effective facilitator and coach. He works primarily with Senior Teams (executives, senior managers and middle managers) to enhance their functioning and assist them to improve performance.
Martin has enjoyed being involved in professional services and the resource sector, as well as the public and manufacturing sectors. As a very adaptive coach, Martin has a calm easy-going nature. He has a wealth of development idea stemming from his many years in the industry, and is achievement oriented, focused on obtaining the very best for his clients. Martin has worked with developing leadership in many organisations, including; BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Alcoa, WA Council of Social Services, Activ Foundation and Fairbridge Foundation for Youth.
