Are you ready to rebalance your people and organisational needs in 2021?

Across Australia and the rest of the world a new flexible workforce is emerging. Organisations are supporting individual needs through variable working hours, locations and options opening up a completely new way of working. This is coupled with ongoing uncertainty and evidence of change fatigue. Together this is leading to the need  for a completely transformed workforce.

And whilst most organisations are now ready for these changes procedurally, their people are far from it. Performance is suffering.

Individuals that are used to operating in a physically present, consistent team, are now trying to operate across different hours, different locations and different schedules. Their way of working has completely changed, and it is having a significant impact on the employee experience and people performance.

So what tools do organisations need now, to be able to meet the personal needs of the individual whilst also achieving the high-performance needs of the organisation?

For both HR and L&D managers, it is important to ensure individuals within the organisation are equipped to thrive in the new workplace.

MODAL would like to invite you to a workshop and forum for HR managers and L&D professionals to discuss practical steps to supporting and enabling the flexible workforce. This event is an open forum where you will get a chance to meet, discuss and learn from fellow HR/L&D leaders.

This is an opportunity, to discuss what challenges you and others are facing in this current environment, in balancing the needs of your organisation vs the needs of your people.

MODAL will present research into optimising resilience and performance in this climate. There will be the space to then collectively share ideas and solutions on how to address some of these challenges from a people, and learning and development perspective. Ideas that you can take back to your workplace to build change agility and support your people to thrive in a more flexible environment.

Spots are very limited so reserve your place below and we look forward to seeing you there.
