I hereby apply to enrol in the MODAL Short Course commencing on the date indicated on the Short Course information page and subsequent checkout form (‘the Application’). I agree that the submission of the checkout form will become the Contract of Enrolment (‘the Contract’) and further I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of enrolment:
I agree that all lessons and any related material supplied by MODAL Pty Ltd are secured by copyright, remain the property of MODAL Pty Ltd and any unauthorised copying may constitute a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (as amended from time to time).
I understand upon enrolling for a Short Course I am obligated to pay for that course in its entirety and it is not refundable unless the scheduled course is fully cancelled by MODAL Pty Ltd without being rescheduled in the 12 months following the original enrolment course end date.
I understand that if I cannot attend a short course I have enrolled in I must contact MODAL prior to the course start date and either:
Provide a substitute attendee to the short course; or
Request my enrolment be deferred to another Short Course in the future.
I understand that purchasing a Short Course using the ‘Buy one, gift one’ offer entitles me to invite one guest for free only, and incorrect use of this promotion will be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
