It is no surprise that the global pandemic has had a significant impact on our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Having to pivot, adapt and transform the way we work and the way we live has significantly challenged our own resilience and creativity.
But instead of waiting around for the pandemic to “end” or stop impacting our lives, we need to be focusing on building independent (self) and interdependent (teams) behaviours around mental, physical and emotional wellbeing to transform productivity and reduce risks surrounding mental health.
Employees that have high levels of wellbeing are 45% more likely than other employees to adapt to change. They are also 27% more likely to report “excellent” performance by their organisation and miss 70% fewer workdays because of poor health over the course of a year.
Essentially, high levels of wellbeing amongst your team is not a nice to have, it is a must have.

Thursday 17th September: Neuroscience
11:00 am – 12:30 pm AWST
We take a deep dive into neuroscience, looking into the way the brain reacts and responds to external stimulation. Eg. Stress can put the brain into a state of agitation and override our rational thinking, which can result in non-constructive behaviour.
Thursday 24th September: Vulnerability
11:00 am – 12:30 pm AWST
We focus on the important role that vulnerability plays in individual and team wellbeing.
Thursday 1st October: Resilience
11:00 am – 12:30 pm AWST
We examine the concept of resilience and how it can help us withstand ongoing challenges.
