Nationally recognised training is developed in consultation with industry representatives and experts to ensure it meets employer needs, as well as providing a consistent standard across industry. The Standards provide a rigorous (yet flexible) outcomes-focused framework that encourages innovation and flexibility, while ensuring quality is maintained.
MODAL’s assessments are practical, workplace oriented, and often project based to deliver a real return on learning investment. MODAL facilitators must meet vocational competency standards as well as our own internal standards, which helps guarantee quality adult learning principles are applied, workshops are relevant and applicable back to the workplace, and delivered through an action oriented, high impact learning approach.
Through the Federal and State traineeship strategies, those organisations that can successfully apply, would be eligible for a payroll tax rebate that would offset the cost of the accredited training program. This would make our programs a very cost effective option in developing your leaders – today and for the future.
MODAL delivers the Certificate IV of Leadership and Management – BSB42015 and the Diploma of Leadership and Management – BSB51915. We also take the opportunity to customise these programs within regulation to meet any relevant organisational necessities, making our programs a more comprehensive and valid experience for the participants. This can include extra course content, coaching, workplace mentoring and other supportive initiatives to guarantee a memorable program that delivers.
